Yorkshire Black Ham

A brine cured ham which contains molasses, traditionally the molasses were used on the farm and fed with grain to the cattle. The molasses, along with a dark Ilkley Brewery Beer give the ham a dark and slightly sweet flavour.

The ham does not need soaking. Once cooked, the ham will keep for 5 days in the fridge, see booklet with your order for cooking instructions.
