Traditional Enrik Blam Ham Boneless

Created by Enrik Blam POW. The recipe for this ham originates from our family farm during WW2. The recipe has been adapted for more modern tastes using a live brine but the flavour and texture is sensational, especially when comparing it to modern day equivalents.

The ham does not need soaking. Once cooked, the ham will keep for 5 days in the fridge, see booklet with your order for cooking instructions. It also freezes very well.
