Our Smoked Back Bacon, made from Colin Piercy’s wonderful outdoor-bred pigs, was awarded the Diamond Award for best in the artisan home-cured bacon category in April 2023. Q Guild Butchers are pretty remarkable craftsmen so to win amongst such esteemed competitors is a true highlight.

This bacon is cured at our shop using traditional methods and then oak smoked.
