Our own Yorkshire cured ham using pigs born and raised only on Yorkshire farms. Did you know? Pork produced in other countries to a poorer welfare standard can be shipped to this country, made into bacon & ham, and called British! We only use Yorkshire pigs.

Just boil until ooked through (around 20 mins per lb) remove the skin, score and cover with honey and wholegrain Mustard and a sprinkling of demerara sugar. Finish in a high oven until caramelised.
