These are skin on English chicken breasts with the wing bone still attached. A fantastic alternative to the skinless chicken breasts and very succulent.
These are fantastic roasted and they only take around 20-25 minutes to cook.
You could cook them with some seasoning, stuff spiced Butter under the skin or marinade them. Also great sliced for salads and sandwiches.
