Ideal for the charcuterie board or with runny Cheese in a crispy baguette with pickles and chutney.

Available in various pack sizes:
– Whole piece – to slice yourself for the freshest slices of cured meats, also the most cost effective. This is best for restaurants, bars, caterers, deli’s etc. Approx. 1.4kg
– Sliced packs – one case includes 8 packs of sliced cured meats, each pack has a minimum of 55g meat. Ideal for retail shops or those businesses with no slicer.
– 300g Sliced Pack – ideal for restaurants and bars that do not have a slicer. This is packed in a modified atmosphere so the slices are easy to seperate.
