You’ve collected all your Lishman’s produce for the festive season, and now what’s next? It’s time to consult our Roasting Guide to get the very best from your Lishman’s meat. All our produce has ‘best before’ dates on the label. For un-labelled goods (i.e. baked goods from the deli counter), Pork Pies must be eaten within 5 days of purchase. We will be baking until 11am on Christmas Eve so if you haven’t ordered a stand pie along with the rest of your Christmas meat, then we will have plenty in the shop for those wishing to call in and collect their Bank Holiday Pork Pies!
