Naturally reared beef from our locally sourced Heritage Breeds. The Cote de Boeuf is a French trimmed cut of beef rib, characterised by its natural fat covering and succulence from being matured and cooked on the bone.
Our beef is matured for 28 days within our Himalayan salt chamber.
Cote de Boeuf is a great sharing steak best served simply with homemade chips, greens & a sauce of your choice, I’d choose Bernaise.
