One of the best things about shopping from our counter means you can switch it up and pick as many or as few individual sausages as you like. We are as happy to serve you a single sausage as we are a whole length! Each week we roll out speciality sausage flavours, as well as our old classics. If there’s a particular variety you would like us to mix, just drop us a message and we’ll put it on the production menu for the following week.
Available in the self-serve fridges between Monday 22nd and Saturday 27th April:
- LA TOSCANA, ITALIAN SAUSAGE – our award-winning Yorkshire pork sausage with typical Italian flavours, mainly fennel seeds. Made without gluten. It’s brilliant cut up in pasta and leftovers work particularly well as a fragrant pasta salad.
- TOULOUSE SAUSAGE – our French-style sausage with nutmeg, pepper and garlic. Make your Cassoulet sing with these beauties.
- PORK AND CHIVE – we team up Colin Piercy’s outdoor-bred, high welfare local pork with chives. Simple but delicious… this one is fantastic at any time of day.
