Our homemade haggis comes in a variety of guises to satisfy everyone. Throughout January look out for our limited edition sausages & scotch eggs featuring haggis, as well as our Balmoral Chicken, stuffed with homemade haggis and wrapped in smoked air-dried ham. We spend the entire month enjoying haggis with pretty much everything:
- Joe loves our Breakfast Haggis, pan-fried and served with bacon, sausage and a fried egg.
- Stuart’s more traditional and poaches his in water to serve with neeps, tatties and a wee dram.
- Sean’s haggissy twist on a Shepherd’s Pie is EPIC. He uses half haggis/ half lamb mince in the Shepherds Pie, then a layer of crushed carrot and swede, followed by a creamy mash potato topping.
