Traditional Bone In Enrik Blam Ham

Created by Enrik Blam POW. The recipe for this ham originates from our family farm during WW2. The recipe has been adapted for more modern tastes but the flavour and texture is sensational, especially when comparing it to modern day equivalents. It is very similar to the Wiltshire ham and has won many accolades including a Great Taste award in 2019.
This ham is cooked slowly so it is succulent and juicy, it is then glazed with our honey and Mustard glaze.
