Description

One bird serves two.

To cook: Season inside and out, place half apple and 1 tbsp Butter in the cavity, rub 1 tbsp Butter on the outside. Cover with streaky bacon. Roast at 190C for 45 mins. Remove bacon and cook a further 10 mins. Serve with thin gravy from the juices.
