Cured from the back leg of a Yorkshire pig in a traditional York cure and air dried for up to 6 months.
Ideal for the charcuterie board or with runny Cheese in a crispy baguette with pickles and chutney. It’s a very versatile product which is probably why it is our best seller, try this wrapped around a stuffed chicken breast.
